Ok this is what i pretty much did. My intention was not for Page rank but seeing that i got it i just used it to my advantage and starting selling ads anyways.
Go Search on the net for a site preferably one which is filled with information and a high page rank grab yourself one of those web site ripper things. Not sure if it would matter which one.
Then strip and rip the site from head to toe.
Upload to your server wait a few weeks and hopefully PR should be exact copy of the site you just ripped.
Its be 7 months the domain has been online, it now has 2 backlinks, Page Rank 7 Probably 50,000 hits per month earnings from selling ads using
Approx Earnings $4000 Per month 10 Spots
Note Page rank 7 was achievable in 3 weeks from time all files were uploaded to my hosting.
