4) Set-up email, contact accounts
5) Set-up another moneybookers account
6) Set up website on free webhost such as freewebs.com
7) Write sales page for product with email capture.
9) Offer free bonuses – software related to ebook (article spinner, bots etc)
10) Promote using classified ads, social media etc
